By booking an appointment at The Bare Skin Lounge you are agreeing to the policy.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS

All appointments include a 5 minute grace period. If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you if possible. Arrivals beyond the 5 minute grace period with no communication will not be seen!

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:

A Non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are transferable only if your appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel without rescheduling.

PLEASE NOTE: Appointments may only be rescheduled one (1) time.

Any additional rescheduling requests will require a new deposit and are subject to availability.

Last minute rescheduling often makes it difficult to fill the appointment time that was held specifically for you. This scheduling policy is in place to help manage availability fairly and ensure time can be offered to other clients when possible.

NO SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION FEE:

A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged for:


• NO SHOW appointments


• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment


• Arriving later than the 5 minute grace period

PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED:

Cash & Zelle are preferred

A valid card is required to book

GUEST POLICY:

• No extra guests allowed


• No children allowed
